Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Support system implementation and testing to ensure alignment with business goals
- Develop process flowcharts, use cases, and documentation for cross-functional teams
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for performance optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with proven documentation skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) a plus
- Authorization to work in the US required
