Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and specifications
- Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and document feedback
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with proven documentation skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio/Lucidchart)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) considered a plus
