- Develop test cases and validate solution effectiveness

- Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems and workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
