You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and deliver high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Document requirements and create detailed user stories for development teams
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and industry best practices
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
