- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops to gather and prioritize business requirements
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
- Support Agile development cycles through sprint planning and backlog refinement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with focus on data-driven solutions
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience documenting requirements using UML/SMEs
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Experience in SaaS or fintech industries preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
