Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements through user stories, flowcharts, and wireframes
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align project objectives
- Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborate with IT teams on solution implementation
- Maintain and optimize data models for accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of healthcare or fintech industries a plus
