Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Document user stories and functional specifications for software development
- Create data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize requirements
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
- Generate performance metrics and improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech/finance sectors
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
