Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze data trends and deliver actionable insights using SQL and Excel
- Create process flows, wireframes, and user documentation
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Monitor KPIs and measure project success against business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Certification (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) preferred
