Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements using stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data modeling techniques
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and business objectives
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with focus on process improvement
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience documenting requirements using UML/SWOT methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
