Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Document business requirements, processes, and user stories using UML and flowcharts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements
- Create detailed test cases and participate in UAT validation
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in retail or e-commerce
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables (BRDs, wireframes, process flows)
