Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to document business requirements and pain points
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
- Create process flows, wireframes, and user stories for system enhancements
- Develop and maintain project documentation including BRDs and UAT scripts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical and business teams
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance dashboards for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare industry regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in healthcare or tech sectors
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
