Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data modeling tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and requirement specifications
- Develop KPI dashboards and present findings to leadership teams
- Facilitate workshops to gather cross-functional requirements
- Support agile sprint planning and backlog grooming ceremonies
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with part-time or project-based work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Portfolio demonstrating previous BA deliverables required
