- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and wireframes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and optimize operational efficiency
- Design and maintain data models to support decision-making frameworks
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Track KPIs and generate performance dashboards using visualization tools
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with part-time flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement gathering
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries highly valued
