Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL and Excel for data visualization
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and business needs
- Support Agile development cycles through sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience in tech or consulting
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/PMP) preferred
- Ability to work independently 20-25 hours/week
