Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on project objectives
- Validate solutions against business goals and quality standards
- Document findings and present actionable insights to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience (part-time or equivalent)
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred
