Responsibilities

- Validate data integrity and recommend process improvements
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with part-time/hybrid flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
