- Create detailed requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows for development teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to senior leadership
- Validate system changes through testing and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with part-time or project-based work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
