You'll work directly with Fortune 500 companies on exciting projects spanning finance, healthcare, and e-commerce sectors.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and develop functional specifications
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems and process changes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Maintain and update project documentation including process flows and data models
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with proven documentation skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement elicitation techniques
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred but not required
