Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, data flows, and system requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking frameworks
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and leadership teams
- Document requirements using UML diagrams, flowcharts, and BRDs
- Validate solutions through testing protocols and user acceptance criteria
- Present findings to executives using compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Experience with requirements documentation and process modeling
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables required
