Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL and Excel to track KPIs
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize requirements
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance testing for new initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with part-time or project-based work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
