Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps and flowcharts to optimize operational efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools to generate actionable reports.
- Act as a liaison between technical developers and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project clarity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Create user stories and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
