Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize requirements
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Support project teams by translating business needs into technical specifications
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future state operations
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with part-time flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ohio residency required for in-person meetings
