Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to elicit and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current business processes and desired future states.
- Design and maintain clear, actionable process maps, flowcharts, and user stories using industry-standard tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA, to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Monitor project metrics and prepare regular performance reports to track KPIs and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while maintaining high productivity and meeting deadlines.
