- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Process Analysis: Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and proposed system solutions to identify improvement opportunities.
- Documentation: Develop detailed use cases, user stories, process flows, and system diagrams using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Testing & QA: Assist in the testing and quality assurance phases, ensuring all deliverables meet business and technical standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to the project management team and executive leadership.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data trends and metrics to support data-driven decision-making and reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
- Methodologies: Experience working within Agile and Waterfall project management environments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
