Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user stories, process maps, wireframes, and functional requirement documents (FRDs).
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Project Support: Assist in project planning, sprint reviews, and agile ceremonies to ensure project milestones are met.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and validate that solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Tools: Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Ability to commit to approximately 15-20 hours per week with consistent availability.
