Responsibilities

- Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements using industry-standard modeling tools.
- Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization and system integration.
- Collaborate closely with development teams and QA engineers to ensure accurate solution delivery.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Facilitate requirements validation workshops and sprint planning meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis within the public sector or a consulting firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
