Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Manage confidential corporate documentation and digital filing systems
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Oversee office inventory management and vendor relationships
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and workflow coordination
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding and compliance documentation
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience
- 2+ years corporate administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
