Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming communications, prioritize inquiries, and maintain professional correspondence
- Oversee office operations, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Support HR functions including onboarding, scheduling, and record maintenance
- Analyze operational data and generate performance reports for leadership
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and ensure timely deliverables
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of administrative experience in corporate or professional services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
