- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential corporate documents and reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for senior leadership
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems with strict data confidentiality
- Support meeting logistics including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Assist with onboarding processes for new team members
Qualifications
