Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex schedules, and arrange high-stakes meetings
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility coordination
- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation with meticulous accuracy
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communications
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems ensuring data security and compliance
- Support cross-functional projects with administrative expertise and problem-solving
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate administrative experience in a professional services environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven settings
- Strong discretion handling confidential information and sensitive matters
- Associates degree or equivalent professional certification required
