Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with precision
- Coordinate departmental communications and stakeholder relations
- Oversee office inventory management and vendor relationships
- Support HR initiatives onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Assist in budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- 3+ years of corporate administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
