- Prepare and distribute confidential corporate documents, reports, and board materials
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and stakeholder engagements
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility management
- Assist in strategic project coordination and data analysis for executive decision-making
- Maintain digital filing systems with advanced organizational protocols
- Represent the company professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of corporate administrative support experience
