Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating cross-departmental communications
- Prepare and edit confidential corporate documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and virtual platforms with professionalism
- Assist with onboarding processes, new hire paperwork, and HR documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for executives
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure document security compliance
- Support corporate event planning and logistics for internal meetings
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience in corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient with corporate communication tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack)
