Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule executive meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Prepare and edit high-level corporate documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff and external clients.
- Organize and maintain secure physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist in the planning and logistics of corporate events and team gatherings.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Oversee office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a corporate administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to commute to our New York office 3-4 days per week.
