Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars with precision, including scheduling international meetings and coordinating cross-departmental logistics
- Compose and edit high-stakes communications, including executive correspondence and client-facing presentations
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements with comprehensive itineraries and expense tracking
- Lead virtual meeting management including platform setup, agenda distribution, and minute-taking
- Streamline office operations through vendor coordination, supply inventory, and facility management
- Support confidential data management using CRM platforms and secure document systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 3+ years of executive support experience in corporate or financial services
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism
