Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across email, social media, and SEO platforms
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and CRM tools to optimize ROI
- Coordinate corporate events and sponsorships for local Philadelphia business community engagement
- Create compelling marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, and web content
- Manage social media calendars and brand voice consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with sales team to generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns
- Track budget expenditures and provide monthly performance reports to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of corporate marketing experience with digital campaign management
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and content marketing principles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing corporate social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio demonstrating successful marketing campaign results required
