Join our dynamic Charlotte-based corporate team as a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator. This hybrid role (3 days/week in-office) offers flexible scheduling while supporting high-impact initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and digital engagement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
- Create compelling marketing collateral (case studies, brochures, email templates)
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies
- Coordinate virtual and in-person corporate events and webinars
- Manage CRM database for lead generation and nurturing
- Support SEO initiatives and content calendar management
- Collaborate with design team on visual assets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience
- 2+ years marketing experience in corporate/B2B environment
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven mindset
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Portfolio demonstrating campaign results preferred
