Responsibilities
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory management and vendor relations
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
- Facilitate cross-departmental communications and project documentation
- Maintain digital filing systems ensuring data security and compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years corporate administrative or operations experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly
