Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendar management and travel logistics for C-suite leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for corporate initiatives
- Support financial reporting and budget tracking for operational departments
- Facilitate cross-departmental communications and meeting coordination
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Prepare executive briefings and board presentation materials
- Oversee corporate compliance documentation and record-keeping
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years corporate operations or administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with corporate travel booking systems (Concur preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
