Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex administrative schedules, including calendar management and meeting coordination for senior executives.
- Oversee internal communication channels to ensure timely dissemination of corporate directives and updates.
- Process and maintain accurate financial records, expense reports, and billing data with a focus on precision and compliance.
- Prepare and present detailed weekly operational reports to the management team, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new part-time staff members to ensure a smooth integration into company culture.
- Facilitate inter-departmental collaboration by acting as a liaison between various teams to streamline workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate administrative or operations support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associateās degree or Bachelorās degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify areas for operational improvement.
