Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Manage social media presence, including content creation and community engagement
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events and promotional activities
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights
- Maintain and update CRM database with lead and customer information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of professional marketing experience with digital campaign management
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with SEO/SEM best practices and content marketing
