Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
- Create engaging content including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and reporting tools
- Manage brand assets and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Coordinate with design teams to produce compelling visual materials
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person marketing events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of marketing experience with emphasis on digital channels
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
