We are seeking a visionary Principal AI Architect to lead the strategic development of our 2026 autonomous systems initiative. Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for large-scale, predictive AI systems targeting deployment by 2026.
- Define and implement high-performance computing (HPC) strategies to optimize model training and inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding data scientists, security experts, and product managersâto translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and continuous learning pipelines.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and edge computing environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models that scale to millions of users.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning (depending on specialization).
- Masterâs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
