Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, next-generation AI models aligned with our 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate advanced LLMs and machine learning pipelines into core products.
- Lead the technical evaluation and adoption of emerging AI frameworks and hardware accelerators.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI deployment across the enterprise.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Present complex technical strategies and project milestones to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in software architecture and machine learning engineering.
- Deep expertise in modern AI tech stacks, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of designing robust, distributed cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of AI hardware trends, edge computing, and spatial technologies.
