As a Principal AI Architect, you will not merely deploy existing models; you will architect the agentic AI ecosystems that will power the enterprise of tomorrow. You will collaborate with C-level executives to define our 2026 strategic vision, ensuring our infrastructure is resilient, scalable, and revolutionary.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for AI initiatives, forecasting trends in Large Language Models (LLMs), Autonomous Agents, and Quantum Computing integration.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and real-time inference.
- Lead Enterprise Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models into legacy systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Drive Innovation & Prototyping: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects for emerging technologies, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and reinforcement learning frameworks.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in advanced AI/ML architecture and leadership roles.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is required.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and strategic roadmaps.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
