Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for next-generation AI models, focusing on scalability and ethical reasoning.
- Design and deploy production-grade LLM pipelines, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Conduct research in multi-modal learning and reinforcement learning to push the boundaries of what is possible.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, safety, and bias mitigation.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed training frameworks.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models, RAG architectures, and Vector databases.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex algorithmic problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
