Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design and execution of our 2026 AI technology roadmap.
- Architect highly scalable, secure, and robust large language model (LLM) infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional executive teams to align AI initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI frameworks and hardware accelerators to maintain competitive advantage.
- Ensure all AI solutions adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the transition from R&D prototypes to enterprise-grade production deployments.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture and machine learning engineering.
- Deep expertise in modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of successfully deploying large-scale, distributed AI systems into production.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, model optimization, and edge computing.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with a future-oriented mindset.
