Responsibilities
- Architect and design robust, scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure tailored for 2026 enterprise demands.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI into core product suites.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical roadmaps with overarching business goals.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices for MLOps, system design, and AI ethics.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging open-source and proprietary AI technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Ensure all architectures meet rigorous standards for security, compliance, and data privacy.
- Act as the primary technical evangelist for the 2026 initiative, representing FutureForge at industry conferences and events.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep technical expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale, distributed machine learning models into production.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering at scale.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment is highly preferred.
