Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Lead the creation and execution of a long-term architectural roadmap specifically focused on 2026 deployment goals for our AI infrastructure.
- Quantum-Neural Integration: Design scalable systems that seamlessly integrate classical machine learning models with emerging quantum computing protocols.
- High-Level Architecture: Create and maintain the high-level design of our core products, ensuring modularity, scalability, and resilience.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business objectives into technical specifications.
- Innovation & R&D: Spearhead research initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies that will define the industry landscape in 2026 and beyond.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to our next-gen architecture, ensuring zero downtime and maximum performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related technical field. (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML system design.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong aptitude for quantum algorithm design.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on future-proofing solutions.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
