Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the company's long-term technology roadmap, identifying emerging technologies to leverage.
- Architectural Leadership: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that support business growth and future requirements.
- Technical Strategy: Guide the engineering team on technology choices, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and security standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring senior engineers and conducting technical reviews.
- Innovation: Drive Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for bleeding-edge technologies relevant to the 2026 era.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, drive technical decisions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
